Marketing graduate. Permanent misfit in rooms that chose the spreadsheet over the idea.
Built Haste because I felt the gap before I could name it. An economics education sharpened by a startup programme, a marketing degree that opened the door to the industry, and an internship that made the problem impossible to ignore: creative work being consistently subordinated to metric-safe decisions, and the people with the sharpest instincts being the first ones told to fall in line.
I didn't. So I built the room I wanted to work in instead. Haste exists at the intersection of strategic discipline and creative freedom. Because the numbers and the idea are not enemies, and treating them like they are is why most brand work looks exactly like everything else.
My role is permanent creative director, part strategist, part editor, part forge operator. The work is the proof.
Sporting CP didn't build one of Europe's most respected academies by waiting for finished players. They identified raw talent, put it in real competition, and measured success by what those players became after they left.
Haste is built on the same principle. The talent pipeline brings in students, recent graduates, and early-career Portuguese creatives. Not for internship busy work, but for real briefs with real stakes.
